1. Agreement and eligibility
By ordering a service you confirm you are authorised to bind the account holder named on the invoice. Accounts must carry accurate contact details; we suspend accounts we cannot reach for security matters.
2. Service term and renewal
Services run for the term selected at checkout and renew automatically at the published rate unless auto-renewal is disabled in the client area before the renewal date. Renewal prices are shown on every product page and invoice.
3. Fees, taxes and non-payment
Invoices are issued in the currency of your region and are due on the date shown. Applicable VAT or GST is added at checkout. Services enter a grace period on non-payment, are suspended after 7 days and may be terminated with data deleted after 30 days.
4. Service levels and credits
We target 99.99% monthly network availability. Where we fall short, service credits are calculated against the affected service and applied to your next invoice on request within 30 days of the incident.
5. Your content and backups
You retain ownership of everything you upload. Backups are provided as a convenience at the frequency stated for your plan; you remain responsible for keeping an independent copy of business-critical data.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend a service immediately where it threatens platform stability, breaches the Acceptable Use Policy, or is required by law. Wherever practicable we contact you first.
7. Refunds
New shared, WordPress and reseller plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations, renewals, transfers and third-party licences are non-refundable once issued.
8. Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect loss.
9. Changes and governing law
Material changes to these terms are notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Contracts are governed by the law of the entity that invoices you: Virginia (US), Germany (EU) or Karnataka (India).
